Online Booking
  • There is no additional commission fee for making reservation.
  • Time frame for Making Reservations: 24 hours (the reservation is available up to 2 hours before a performance begins)
  • How to Reserve: Join member and login > select concert > select performance date, time, and seats > payment > complete
  • Payment Method: Credit card/deposit without bankbook (possible until 6:00 p.m. 4 days before performance date)
Phone Booking
  • There is no additional commission fee for making reservation.
  • Customer Center: 1544-7744
  • Time frame for Making Reservations: Weekdays 10:30 ~ 19:00 (closed on weekends and public holidays)
  • Payment Method: Credit card/deposit without bankbook (possible until 6:00 p.m. 4 days before performance date)
On-site Booking
  • On performance days, tickets for the same-day performance only may be purchased during Ticket Box operating hours.
    * The Ticket Box is not open on non-performance days.
    * Ticket Box Hours: From opening time until 30 minutes after the performance begins
  • Ticket Box opening times vary by performance. Please refer to “Ticket Pickup Information” at the bottom of each performance booking page.
  • Tickets for performances other than the same-day performance are available online or by phone only.
  • Payment Methods: Credit Card / Cash
    * Lotte Department Store Gift Certificates are accepted only for same-day, on-site purchases of Lotte Foundation–presented performances. Availability may vary by performance; please contact the Customer Center in advance.
On-site Pickup
  • Tickets can be collected on the performance day at the Ticket Box located in the 8F Lobby of the concert hall.
  • Ticket pickup methods may vary by performance. Please refer to “Ticketing Information” at the bottom of each performance booking page for details.

Delivery
  • Tickets will be delivered within 5 business days after payment is completed. (Excluding weekends and public holidays.)
  • Once ticket delivery has begun, delivery fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
  • Tickets lost or damaged due to customer negligence will not be reissued, and cancellations or changes will not be permitted. Please keep your tickets in a safe place.
Detailed Information
  • Ticket cancellations and changes are available online or by phone until 18:00 on the last weekday before the performance. (Closed on weekends and public holidays.)
  • No cancellations or changes are permitted after the cancellation deadline, including on the performance day.
  • No cancellation fee applies on the booking day. (Phone bookings: until 18:00 on weekdays / Online bookings: until 23:59.)
  • Changes to booked tickets (including package tickets) are allowed without a fee, provided the change is made to seats of the same performance, seat grade, number of seats, discount type, and price.
  • If tickets have already been collected in advance or delivered by mail, all issued tickets must be returned before cancellations or changes can be processed through re-payment.
    Discounts will be applied based on the re-payment date. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the ticket return date, and original delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Tickets lost or damaged due to customer negligence will not be reissued, and cancellations or changes will not be permitted.
  • Refunds and changes are available only through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • For tickets purchased through external ticketing platforms or organizers other than Lotte Concert Hall, please contact the original seller directly for refunds or changes.
  • Invitation tickets, invitation vouchers, and tickets marked as organizer sales are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Credit Card Cancellations
  • If a cancellation fee applies, the cancellation fee (and, in the case of partial cancellations, the final ticket price to be used) will be newly authorized, after which the original transaction amount will be cancelled.
  • Cancellation confirmation can be verified with the card issuer 4–5 business days after cancellation processing is completed.
  • Refund methods and processing dates may vary depending on the cancellation timing and the policies of the card issuer.
Virtual Account Cancellations
  • Refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer.
  • Refunds will be completed within 5–7 business days after the refund request is received.
  • Refunds can only be made to a bank account under the name of the ticket purchaser.
Package Tickets
  • From the start of the first performance in the package, cancellations and changes to the included performances are not permitted. However, performance date changes are allowed even after the package cancellation deadline.
  • Online cancellation is available only if no seats have been assigned or used.
  • Partial cancellations are not permitted for package tickets. Once seats have been assigned, online cancellation is not available. Please contact the Customer Center (1544-7744) for assistance.
  • After the performance begins, audience entry to the seating area will be restricted. For performances that allow late entry, entry times are predetermined, and latecomers may be seated only in designated areas as guided by ushers to avoid disturbing other audience members.
  • To ensure a comfortable, pleasant, and safe experience for all audience members, we kindly ask that you observe proper performance etiquette.
  • During the performance, even phone vibrations may disrupt the experience. Please ensure that all mobile phones are completely turned off.
  • Children below school age are not permitted to enter the concert hall. Exceptions apply only to performances specifically designed for children. Please check the age eligibility before booking.
  • Child audience members must also hold a valid ticket. Parents and guardians are kindly asked to ensure that children do not disturb other audience members during the performance.
  • Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited as they infringe upon copyright and portrait rights. Please turn off all media devices inside the concert hall.
  • The following items are not permitted inside the concert hall: bouquets, food and beverages, and pets.
  • Traffic congestion is expected around the venue on performance days. We recommend using public transportation whenever possible.
